Heartsease Design USA was formed in response to Covid-19.  We’re a team of fashion industry professionals who wanted to be able to help with the current crisis, but didn’t know how.  What we did have was our talents, manufacturing contacts, a lot of heart, and the desire to help our community.  When our industry shut down we regrouped and refocused our factories and suppliers to address the biggest needs first … masks, gloves, filters, shields, and isolation gowns..  

 

The founding team is Nicole Jerahian and Misty Napolitano who have worked together in the fashion industry for over 30 years.  Both ladies have built a reputation of working ethically, eliciting trust among clients, vendors, and peers, and being passionate about transparency, sustainability, and social responsibility.

 

Nicole is the right-brain of our team.  As Creative Director she brings an impressive resume and successful career as Director of Design, Designer, Trend Analyst, Stylist, and Sourcing.  She has a reputation of forecasting trends for her clients, in all price points and fabrications, resulting in growing profitable businesses.

 

Misty is the left-brain.  As Sourcing and Product Development she brings  30+ years of experience in the garment industry, including Production, Product Development, Sourcing, and Brand Management. She has worked for manufacturers, retailers, private label, and brands.  She has opened up global regions, built strong vendor matrixes, and has a proven track record of delivering a quality product on time.

As the word returns to business under the "new normal" we have found our niche' in working direct with retailers, design houses, and aspiring entrepreneurs acting as their dedicated Sourcing, Product Development and Production divisions.  In doing so we enable our clients to maximize our combined decades of experience, along with our domestic and international vendor and supplier network while minimizing the overhead of keeping these functions in-house.
